Below is an overview of the primary tools developed
and maintained by our lab:

PIAWKA (https://github.com/novikovalab/piawka): PIAWKA is a tool for population genetic analysis in diploid and polyploid variant calling data. It is a powerful script to calculate π, Dxy and some other stats (Fst, Tajima's D, Ronfort's rho) in VCF files in the command line. Developed to analyze arbitrary-ploidy groups with substantial amounts of missing data.
Novikova Lab Tools Repository (https://github.com/novikovalab): This repository serves as a centralized hub for various scripts and metadata.
